We should strive for excellence in everything we do. That's hard. It takes continuous learning and improvement and an on-going effort to look for and practice better ways to work.

To get there we need open, collaborative work relationships - between employees at all levels and with our customers. Yes, we have to communicate.

Remember - we do not work alone. No one can do it all. We need the help of others to get the job done right and safely. That means working as a team and respecting and treating each other with dignity. It means being fair and committed to coaching each other for our mutual benefit and that of our customers.

Teamwork is a simple concept but it can only work if we listen and trust each other's ability and integrity. Communication is everyone's responsibility.

However, we have to earn the trust we seek. That means conducting ourselves and our business ethically and with integrity.

Integrity and ethical behavior must be practiced by all in all relationships and actions. It demands honesty and giving credit where credit is due. At all times, it requires respect for each other, our customers, and the environment and people of the communities in which we work.
